Home Visiting
We provide a circle of support for families who are experiencing a high degree of stress. Our circle of support includes home visits where relationships are built. Once problems are identified, prioritized and addressed, referrals are made to community programs. Case management is provided by our trained and dedicated staff and volunteers who are supervised by a professional social worker.
Parents As Teachers promotes the optimal early development, learning and health of young children by supporting and engaging their parents and caregivers.
